2. Service description
TripKit is an AI-powered travel planning service. You provide your destination, trip length, group type, budget tier, and travel style, and TripKit generates a structured day-by-day itinerary with morning, afternoon, and evening segments. Day 1 of every itinerary is provided free of charge. Full multi-day itineraries are available for a one-time payment. No account is required to generate or access a plan.
3. Payment
Full itineraries are available for a one-time fee of €4.99 (VAT included). Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, VAT collection, and invoicing on our behalf. The price displayed is the final amount — there are no additional charges at checkout.
4. Refund policy
You may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting hello@usetripkit.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If the itinerary has already been delivered to your email, we reserve the right to decline the refund, as the digital content has been fully provided. Technical issues preventing access to your plan are always resolved — please reach out and we will make it right.
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
All itineraries are generated by artificial intelligence. While we aim for accuracy, venue details including opening hours, prices, and availability may be out of date or incorrect. TripKit is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions. We recommend verifying all information via Google Maps or directly with the venue before visiting.
6. Plan access and sharing
Your paid itinerary is delivered to your email as a PDF — this is your permanent copy. The plan URL may not remain accessible indefinitely. While the URL is accessible, anyone who has it can view your itinerary without payment. You are responsible for deciding who you share your plan link with.
7. Limitation of liability
TripKit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Łukasz Marszałek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TripKit or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability in connection with any plan shall not exceed the amount you paid for that plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Polish or EU consumer law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Poland.
